The Legal 500 en Chambers and Partners publiceren jaarlijks toonaangevende gidsen waarin alleen de beste advocatenkantoren en secties per rechtsgebied een vermelding krijgen. Een notering in beide gidsen is een kwaliteitskeurmerk. De noteringen en aanbevelingen zijn onder meer gebaseerd op interviews met cliënten en concurrerende advocatenkantoren.

Over de sectie Ondernemingsrecht schrijft The Legal 500:
