Sara Karem

Sara Karem

Associate Corporate Law and Contract Law

Sara specializes in corporate litigation. She advises and litigates, among other things, on commercial disputes, takeover and shareholder disputes. She also handles inquiry proceedings at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. In addition, Sara works within the M&A department of Vestius. Because of the interaction between the transaction practice (mergers & acquisitions) and litigation practice (corporate litigation), Sara is able to assist her clients adequately at the negotiating table and, if necessary, in court.

Sara joined Vestius in June 2019. Previously, she worked at Abma Schreurs Advocaten en Notarissen for more than six years, where she gained experience in the litigation practice. In her final year at Abma, she mainly focused on cross-border disputes.
