Michiel van Haelst

Michiel views cases primarily from a human perspective, listening closely to his client’s wishes and offering a dissenting voice when necessary. That makes him an excellent sparring partner for his clients.

Michiel’s main area of expertise is employment law. He also specialises in alliances in a broad sense, such as partnerships, professional service providers and joint ventures. Michiel primarily advises on damaged relationships within such alliances, such as shareholder disputes. He then gives one of the parties advice on how to reach a sustainable solution and on the measures required. When necessary, Michael also represents his clients in the subsequent civil proceedings.
