Michiel van Haelst

Partner Employment Law

Michiel views cases primarily from a human perspective, listening closely to his client’s wishes and offering a dissenting voice when necessary. That makes him an excellent sparring partner for his clients. Without fuss, he closes the best deal for his clients.

Michiel’s main area of expertise is employment law. In addition to employment law, Michiel also focuses on a specific area of corporate law. His interest is in alliances in a broad sense, such as partnerships, professional service providers and joint ventures. Michiel advises on disrupted relationships within partnerships or within companies, with a focus on shareholder disputes. In doing so, he looks for sustainable solutions and advises on the measures to be taken to that end. If necessary, Michiel represents directors, shareholders or other stakeholders in legal proceedings.
