Martyn has been an employment lawyer since 2004. He advises and litigates in individual and collective dismissal cases, employee participation issues and with regard to the hiring and hiring out of employees. His clients are mostly internationally operating companies and expats, mostly from the tech world.
Martyn has joined Vestius as a partner as of 1 February 2025. In addition to his role as a lawyer, he is a member of the board of the European Electric Guitar Award Foundation and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Innova GGZ.
