Associate Employment Law

Kiki Manse has been a lawyer since 2014 and specialises in employment law, with a particular focus on international employment law. She advises and litigates on a wide range of employment law issues, including individual and collective dismissal law, employment conditions and reorganisations.

Kiki started her career at a niche law firm in Amsterdam that focused entirely on employment law. In addition to her law studies, she also studied neuropsychology, which gives her insight into human behavior and decision-making within labor relations. Thanks to her broad expertise, she assists both national and international clients and is always looking for strategic and pragmatic solutions.

She is an author at Jurisprudentie in Nederland (JIN) and a board member of the Association of Employment Lawyers Amsterdam (VAAA).
