Helger founded Vestius Advocaten in 2004, after working at Baker&McKenzie and Lexence. Helger has since focused on corporate law and conducts a broad transaction practice. Helger specialises in merger and acquisition processes, private equity and venture capital. He represents Dutch and international strategic parties, funds, investors, founders and start-ups, focussing in particular on technical sectors, such as sustainable energy, the creative industry, IT and media.
