Bart joined Vestius as a partner in 2005 after working at Stibbe for many years. He inspires his clients with his enthusiasm and unbridled energy. Bart is a commercial lawyer with a thorough knowledge of his profession. His clients appreciate his willingness to view a case from different perspectives. Bart advises and litigates in all aspects of employment law, the right of participation (both on the part of the company and on the part of the works council) and in employee benefits.
